We had a series of frustrating experiences. Check-in was a nightmare. we arrived at 12:30pm expecting to be welcomed, only to be told we'd need to wait until 3pm. Not only was the security guard incredibly rude, but the lack of essential bathroom toiletries was also surprising for a hotel of this cost. Waiting for our luggage to change into swimming attire made the anticipation even worse.

I absolutely loved staying here as it was just around 4 km from the beautiful cabrits national park, perfect for a day of hiking, and the nearby indian river was a delightful spot for a scenic boat ride, allowing me to soak in nature right at my doorstep. the peaceful ambiance of my villa made each evening feel like a personal retreat after a day of exploring the surrounding attractions.
